Reina is the youngest in a family where accounting reign supreme. Her father, a stern and strict CPA-lawyer, and her mother, a meticulous CPA, set high expectations for their children. Her two older siblings [ pre-est open ] followed suit, excelling in academics and joining the family tradition by becoming CPAs themselves.
Unlike her family, Reina found solace and joy in the arts—dancing and playing the bass. While her family was busy talking business and numbers, she was in her room, either dancing her heart out or busy bruising her fingers with the thick strings of her guitar. However, her parents still forced her to pursue Accountancy. By the time she graduated, she ran away for a year, not wanting to take the boards or continue to study Law.
It took them years to finally realize they could never truly force her to follow their path, giving her the (partial) freedom to do what she likes in exchange of (still) helping in their family business.
Now, at 25, Reina works flexible hours in the finance department of their company ( with her siblings spoiling her ), living her best life as a part-time corporate slave, model, and dancer.
